7. Focus of the month - Incorporating Mind Maps into Your Daily Life

Many of you may have heard about Mind Maps, used Mind Maps at some stage, or think that it is a great idea, but do not use them on a daily basis.

Are you one of them?

If you are, I suggest that you give it another go. Choose an area that is giving you the most pain and where you think Mind Maps may be useful. Put a plan in place to start using Mind Maps in this area.

Are you going to use software? If you are, is it going to be on your Computer or your Tablet? Are you going to use paper based Mind Maps? What size paper are you going to use? Is it going to be in colour? Get some coloured pens.

Now make a concerted effort to use Mind Maps for 30 Days in the area that you have chosen. This is the common belief on how long it takes to create a new habit.

Also read how other People are using Mind Maps. Follow our Facebook Page, or my Tweets. I constantly post updates on how others are using Mind Maps.

After 30 Days, review your effort and ask yourself what worked and what didn’t. Put a plan in place to use the good parts and discard, or work on, the bad parts.

Now tackle the next area of your life.

This small effort could be life-changing.

Do it now!

Use our Contact Form to send in your questions.

My goal is to help you use Mind Maps more effectively at work, in business, in education and in your personal life.

There should be enough free information on our website and blog for you to understand the concepts and principles. I only charge for our Mind Map Tutor products, which are in-depth Mind Maps of selected topics and act as guided tutorials.
